What we do
Our mission is, to serve the gospel and the name of out Lord Jesus Christ to the prisoners, as a practical expression of His teaching, ”I was in prison and you came to Me”, Matt. 25,36, according to the teaching of the Gospel, that every person is God’s creature and he has the right to spiritual, emotional and psychological support, encouragement and sustenance, so that he may return to society a repentant and functioning citizen, with a changed mentality, productive and useful to society.
We do it professionally, with love and patience, building relationships with inmates giving them respect and honour and helping them according to their circumstances.
Our vision
Our vision is, by the grace of God, to visit and build in every prison (from the 33 prisons that we have in our country), a church, preaching to the inmates the Gospel of Salvation, knowing that each person is something more than his crime and he has a new opportunity to repent and to change.
Our vision is, to be hardworking and successful, with a high sense of responsibility towards the inmates, knowing that we serve our Lord Himself.
Our vision is, to be open minded that may help this work to become better than before
Our values
Responsibility: we prioritize prayer through formed prayer groups, we priorise hard work communicating and treating the inmates with respect in what ever we do. We are responsible for the management of the provision that comes from the Lord, responsible to God, to the state authorities, and to one another.
Cooperation – working together: we get good results in cooperation and communication with corresponding ministries, churches and interested individuals. We respect the diversity of the different christian traditions, of history and of culture. We confirm the importance of ecclesiastical life and the role that the churches must play in the fulfillment of our vision.
Compassion: we are a practical and adaptable ministry. We provide to the inmates every material help like, clothing, shoes, telephone cards, toiletries, books and any other possible material help in collaboration with the appropriate authorities.
